you could drop at least 2 to 3 more pounds of that thing easy. First change out that fork and next go the cranks and bottom bracket. 2 pounds easy.
You hit it exactly. Looked all day for cranks at the swap but came up empty handed, sooo it's TIME TO CANABALIZE. I don't know if the stuff I have around here will knock off two pounds but if it doesn't we will have died trying.
